- Do you carry sizes greater than 13 or smaller than 8?
We mainly carry sizes 8-13 in US Men's as listed on our site. If you want a shoe in any other size, please contact us so we can place a special order. Special orders to take a bit longer to receive. Generally an additional 5-7 on top of normal shipping.

- How long will it take to receive my order?
On average, it takes 2 business day for order to get process and any other 5-10 business days to receive your order. Some items will arrive soon and some may arrive a little later. Please be patient. Please note that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, and regulatory holidays.

- What is the difference between Jordan Retro Variant shoes and authentic shoes sold in stores?
There is almost no difference in the appearance of the shoes. Most people can not tell the difference between "variant" and "authentic". Our shoes all come brand new in box with retro card. Our variant shoes are about half the price of what you would pay in most retail stores.

- What happens if Customs holds my package?
We are sorry, but there is nothing we can do if this happens. A situation like that very rarely happens so customers should feel very comfortable ordering. We always ship using the safest and most reliable methods. Please refer to US Customs website for additional information.

- Can I pay with my credit card?
Yes, we currently accept Visa ONLY and credit card payments will show jordanlocker.com. If you want to paid with master card, etc please register with google checkout or pay pal

- Do you accept checks or money orders?
Yes. We currently accept money order payments. Simply, download the Money Order Form directly from our website.

- What if I don't have a Pay Pal account?
You don't need a Pay Pal account. You can still pay securely with Visa or register with google checkout, google checkout only take 2 minutes to register

- What if I don't receive my order within the promised time period?
PLEASE EMAIL US! We are not here to steal anyone's money. Items are usually sent out the next day and don't usually take the full amount of time we promise. Also keep in mind that mail might take a few extra time around any major holidays. If you haven't received your item within 7-20 business days please make sure you e-mail our customer support team so we can straighten out the issue immediately.

Unfortunately All of our sizes, colors, and or styles/variants we have available are all listed on the site, however please make sure you check back as we are always receiving new merchandise.

- Are the shoes fake?
The shoes we carry on are replicas of the original brand and are in brand new, dead stock condition. Our manufacturers uphold the highest standards in retro jordan replicas; therefore, we are able to supply the best replicas on the market at the lowest price.

- Do your shoes run small?
No. Please select the regular size you normally wear. Our suppliers are trained to inspect all shoes for size and quality prior to shipment.

- I didn't receive my invoice or other emails?
A lot of the time ISP's and email providers mark messages as spam on accident. What you'll need to do is check your spam folder, to see if our messages are in fact being marked as spam, if so simply mark it as otherwise as to keep it from happening in the future. You may also need to add our domain name to a safe/white list.

- How do you combat against fraud?

- How do I return an item?
Please contact us to request a return form. Customer is responsible for shipping charges back to our facilities in an event of a return or an exchange.

- Why jordanlocker sell shoes that is not in stock?
Once order is paid we send your order to the warehouse to get process. If your shoes are not in stock, warehouse will notify us and we will send you an email to replace or refund your order.? It is very difficult to know exactly what shoes is stock because of shoes inventory change every hour.? In the store once you buy a product the inventory count change by it self once you take something off the shelf. But website it is hard to change stock or not stock every few hours.
